I provide online therapy via Google Meet or Zoom. For a quality session, you need to provide a good microphone, camera and a quiet space where you can focus on the conversation.
The scheduled appointment must be canceled 24 hours in advance, in which case it will not be charged.
Each person is unique, so there is no universal the time it takes to achieve the desired changes. For duration process is influenced by many factors, such as the complexity of the problem, personal motivation and willingness to change, but also other individual aspects. The success of psychotherapy depends on the combination of all these elements.
The number of sessions on a monthly basis is adjusted to your specific needs needs. Based on experience, therapy is most effective when it is maintained at least once a week, because regular contact allows continuous contact progress and a deeper understanding of the process.
